This is pretty good! It’s an actually good Disney animated film in a long time. First off, this movie has a better way of handling social commentary then the first one. It also has a less controversial message then Zootopia 1, especially when applied to real life issues. All the characters have normal dialogue instead of everything being related to stereotypes and social commentary.

I also enjoyed Nick and Judy deepening their dynamics much more and the screenplay playing off with them being polar opposites. There was also a really good twist when Lynx revealed his plan. However, the snake guy ‘Gary’ was kind of uninteresting and I didn’t really buy the fact that him and Judy are friends since they barley interacted throughout the film. He really isn’t that important until the end of the second act. Even Lynx and the beaver were more fleshed out then Gary. The animation and technical aspects were really strong. The song at the end was also good. Overall, this movie is pretty solid.
